ATON FORTIS
ATON Fortis partners with emerging technology and high-growth businesses at critical inflection points: from go-to-market to fundraising to exit.
We don't theorize. We've led $100M+ organizations, built sales, marketing and customer success teams from scratch, implemented product-led growth strategies, and helped companies reach successful exits. We bring that experience to you.
The ATON Fortis Difference
We've sat in the seats we advise on. Sales, customer success, marketing, revenue operations: we've built and led these functions at scale inside real companies. The advice isn't academic. It's earned through execution.
With roots in investment banking and active experience as angel investors, we understand how capital allocators evaluate businesses. We help companies build the narrative, the numbers, and the readiness that investors respond to.
ATON Fortis invests in select companies alongside our advisory engagements. That alignment matters: our incentives are tied directly to your outcomes. Your success is our success.
What We Do
We work with companies across the key disciplines that determine whether growth is repeatable, sustainable, and ultimately valuable.
01
ICP definition, sales motion design, pricing architecture, channel strategy, and the processes that turn early traction into repeatable growth.
02
Building the CS function to perform: reducing churn, expanding accounts, creating customer advocacy programs, and scaling the playbooks that retain and grow revenue.
03
Roadmap prioritization, PLG versus sales-led decisions, pricing model design, and competitive positioning grounded in market reality, not internal assumptions.
04
Scaling from scrappy to structured: defining roles, building leadership layers, setting compensation frameworks, and hiring for the next stage of growth.
05
From narrative development and deck construction to investor targeting, diligence preparation, and term sheet guidance: positioning companies to raise with confidence.
06
Investment banking-grade rigor applied to acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and capital transactions: financial modeling, deal structuring, and negotiation strategy.
